Email that earns its place in the inbox.
I build lifecycle email and CRM automation in Klaviyo and GoHighLevel. That covers welcome series, cart and browse recovery, campaigns, and the pipelines and booking flows behind them. I write the copy, design the emails, set up the triggers, and read the results.

In short
For ecommerce brands I run Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segments, and list health. For coaches and service businesses I build in GoHighLevel: funnels, pipelines, calendars, and the workflows that move a lead from opt-in to booked call. From April 2025 to July 2026 I ran the Klaviyo program for a direct-to-consumer appliance brand.
How I run it
- Map what is live. I list every flow, trigger, and segment, then mark the gaps and the broken branches.
- Write and design. Each flow is drafted as a set, so the emails build on each other instead of repeating the same pitch.
- Build and test. Test profiles go through every branch. I check links, UTMs, discount codes, and mobile rendering before anything turns on.
- Launch and read. I review opens, clicks, and orders or bookings per flow each month and adjust the weakest step first.
The work, line by line.
Take the full scope or only the parts you need. Everything below is work I do myself, from planning to the final build.
-
01
Lifecycle flows
Welcome series, browse abandonment, cart and checkout recovery, post-purchase, and win-back. Each flow gets its own offer logic and exit rules, so a customer who just bought never receives a discount reminder.
-
02
Campaigns
Promotional sends and newsletters on a planned calendar, designed in your brand and written around one clear action per email.
-
03
Segmentation and list health
Engaged and lapsed segments, suppression of inactive profiles, and a sending rhythm that protects deliverability.
-
04
GoHighLevel builds
Funnels, forms, pipelines and opportunity stages, calendars and booking flows, snapshots and sub-accounts, and integrations through Zapier, Make, or webhooks.
-
05
Tracking checks
I compare what your ad platform, email platform, and store or CRM each report. On one funnel this check showed Meta was seeing only half the revenue.
Work that backs this up.

Questions, answered.
Klaviyo or GoHighLevel: which one should I use?
Klaviyo if you sell physical products through an online store, because it reads order and browsing data directly. GoHighLevel if you sell services, coaching, or courses and want forms, pipelines, calendars, and email in one account. I work in both and will tell you which fits before you pay for either.
Can you take over an account that is already running?
Yes. I start with an audit of your live flows, segments, and recent campaign results, then fix what is broken before building anything new.
Do you write the emails too?
Yes. Copy, design, and the build all come from me, which keeps the offer, the subject line, and the email body consistent.
Do you handle SMS?
Yes, in Klaviyo and GoHighLevel, usually as a short companion message to an email flow.
