Sites that look the part and do the job.
I led creative on more than 200 custom real estate websites as a senior art director, and I build landing pages and sales funnels in GoHighLevel and WordPress. Every build ships with clean page structure, schema markup, and GA4 tracking the actions you care about.

In short
I design and build websites, landing pages, and sales funnels, then set them up to rank and to report. That means a clear page structure, fast load times, schema markup, Search Console, and GA4 events on every form, call, and purchase.
How I run it
- Brief and sitemap. We agree on the pages, the one action each page should drive, and the searches it should show up for.
- Design. The homepage direction comes first. Inner pages follow once the look is approved.
- Build and test. I test on real phones, run PageSpeed Insights, and check every form and tracking event.
- Launch. The sitemap goes to Search Console, GA4 key events get marked.
The work, line by line.
Take the full scope or only the parts you need. Everything below is work I do myself, from planning to the final build.

Questions, answered.
WordPress or GoHighLevel?
WordPress for a main site with lots of content that needs to rank over time. GoHighLevel for funnels and landing pages tied to email, SMS, and booking. A common setup uses both: WordPress for the main site and GoHighLevel for campaigns.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes, or I edit yours. Either way the copy is written with the page's search query and its one main action in mind.
Will the site be fast?
I test every build in PageSpeed Insights before launch. This site scored 99 on desktop after its July 2026 performance pass.
How will I know if the site is working?
GA4 tracks form submissions, calls, email clicks, and purchases as key events, and Search Console shows which searches bring people in. I set up both at launch.
